These are special parts that we make for a customers that are heavily automated. This kind of work is a perfect fit for us.
Most other shops are not interested in making quantities this low but this has become our "Nitch Market".

Below are guitar parts I made for a custom guitar builder in
Nashville Tennessee. Singers Vince Gil, Randy Travis and the
house guitar at the Grand Ol Opra all have custom built guitars
with parts that were made in my shop
Below LEFT is a right angle attachment I designed and built, shown here drilling from the inside diameter of the casting. The mill is used as the down feed while a cordless drill provides the rotation. To the RIGHT is a precision trim die
Below is an sample of raised and mirrored letter engraving. The engraved brass piece is used for hot stamping identification. The engraving software was a "FREE" download. The graphite part was engraved used my home built CNC milling machine. The engraving in the graphite was transferred to the brass block using a 3 axis sinking EDM machine also home built.
